Warranty
Warranty does not apply to mattresses sold without a matching boxspring.
-- Proof of purchase is required, original receipt (including date of purchase) must be provided for any warranty claim. --
This Warranty does not apply to the covering materials on the sleep set. Should a defect appear, the purchaser should return the product to the original vendor at the purchaser’s expense. The manufacturer will either repair or replace the defective product, at the manufacture’s option. In the event the original vendor is no longer available, customer can make arrangements to return the mattress to Imperial Bedding Company.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. |
ITEMS NOT COVERED:
The following IS NOT covered under warranty:1.) Beds that are stained, soiled or burned.
2.) Mattress Handles when used should only be used to position the mattress, and are not intended to support the full weight of the mattress.
3.) Border wires, which can become bent due to moving or bending of the sleep set.
4.) Structural damage to the mattress or foundation due to use on an improper bed frame. All Full, Queen & King mattress require center support.
5.) Body Impressions of 2” or greater on only one side of the mattress.
6.) Mattress damage due to the use of non-matching box spring or foundation.
7.) Replacement of a matching piece in the sleep set, unless such other piece is also defective.
8.) Transportation/freight or shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay all transportation, freight, and shipping costs when returning a defective Imperial Bedding Company product.
9.) Acts of God: Flooding, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Earthquakes etc.
